Products

We aim to describe and display our products as accurately as reasonably possible. Colours and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, photography or normal product variations.

Orders

When you place an order, you are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, for example because of product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud or incorrect order information.

If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, the relevant payment will be refunded.

Prices & payment

Prices, applicable taxes and any additional shipping charges will be displayed as required before you complete your purchase.

Shipping

Orders are usually processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery is typically 3–5 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Returns

Eligible consumers may exercise their statutory right of withdrawal within 14 days after receiving their order.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are paid by the customer.

Faulty products & legal guarantee

Products must meet the requirements of applicable consumer law.

If a product is faulty or does not conform to the contract, you may be entitled to the remedies provided by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory guarantee rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SONOAH is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses that are not caused by a breach of our legal obligations.

Intellectual property

The SONOAH name, logo and original website content may not be copied or commercially used without our permission where protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Dutch law.

If you are a consumer outside the Netherlands, this does not deprive you of mandatory consumer protections that apply to you and cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your order is the version in effect when you place your order.
